Purpose

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At SATEC, we process the information provided by interested parties to manage their inquiries, send them the requested information, provide them with product and service offers of interest by any means (postal, email, or telephone), as well as information on events that we organize.

In order to offer products and services according to your interests and enhance your user experience, in some cases, we may create a 'commercial profile' based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.

How long will we retain your data?

The personal data provided will be retained as long as the business relationship is maintained or until the data subject requests its deletion. Additionally, the data will be deleted after a period of 10 years from the last confirmation of interest.

SATEC contracts its virtual infrastructure under a 'cloud computing' model through the company Hosting Services in Internet, S.A. (Interhost) under the framework of Service Level Agreements, confidentiality, and data processing agreements signed with them.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether SATEC is processing personal data concerning them or not.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The data provided will be retained until a cessation request is made.
