Context

LABORAL Kutxa, a leading cooperative financial institution in Spain, launched an ambitious project at the end of 2020 to define an ICT Master Plan. The goal was to transform its IT operating model by restructuring and optimizing its technology areas. The plan aimed to establish a three-year roadmap to align the technology strategy with business objectives and maximize synergies across different ICT areas.

At the same time, LABORAL Kutza identified the renewal of its two Data Centers as a key pillar of the plan, ensuring that technological advancements would efficiently, scalably, and securely support its business processes
